Disneyland Resort is inviting Magic Key passholders to take part in a distinct celebration marking 25 years of Disney California Adventure Park. This limited-time event runs from 5th February through 15th February 2026, offering fans of the park a chance to enjoy themed experiences and exclusive keepsakes.

The celebration takes place in the Hyperion Theater Courtyard, transformed with nostalgic photo opportunities and appearances from familiar Disney characters. The setting leans into a California road trip aesthetic, designed to evoke memories of two and a half decades of adventures at Disney California Adventure.

Magic Key holders attending the event can collect a specially designed postcard magnet set as a souvenir, while supplies last. Participation and the souvenir are both limited to active Magic Key holders, and there is a maximum of one magnet set per holder.

The event’s schedule is broken up into two main blocks. From Thursday, 5th to Sunday, 8th February and then from Tuesday, 10th to Sunday, 15th February, the festivities run daily from 2 pm to 8 pm. The celebration is closed on Monday, 9th February.

To help manage guest flow, Disneyland Resort is using a virtual queue system for this anniversary event. Magic Key holders wanting to attend must join the queue through the Disneyland app. Those park guests who already have a reservation for either Disney California Adventure or Disneyland Park will be eligible to access the 12 noon virtual queue for that day. Once in the queue, attendees will receive a push notification indicating when to return to the Hyperion Theater Courtyard to join the celebration.

The event aligns with other seasonal offerings for Magic Key holders, including new designs for limited-edition refillable popcorn buckets — including one themed to the 25th anniversary — available from 13th January to 26th February 2026, again while supplies last. A new Magic Key Lunar New Year button has also been announced.

This celebration underscores the value Disneyland Resort places on its Magic Key community, giving dedicated passholders unique chances to mark milestone moments at the parks.
