15 years after the film, Rapunzel was released in French Theatres, Disneyland Paris is giving it’s very own attraction.

The film has enjoyed success and it’s iconic heroine, Rapunzel, will be centre stage with her own attraction at Disneyland Paris: Raiponce Tangled Spin will open on 29th March 2026, along with Disney Adventure World.

The spinner type attraction, whilst be family-friendly, will allow guests of all ages to spin around in a gondola, inspired by the famous scene in the film. Guests will be in these gondolas underneath a latern-filled ‘sky’ and will be accompanied by a new orchestration of ‘I See The Light’ and ‘Kingdom Dance’.

Creative Director at Walt Disney Imagineering Paris explained “In the movie, the melody of ‘I See The Light’ is more of a romantic ballad, so we reinterpreted it for the attraction to give it a livelier rhythm, like a waltz, to swirl our guests“

The attaction will have references to Tangled iwht a ceiling resco painted by Rapunzel herself and many more Tangled references such as her art material, Pascal and Mandy Moore, the original voice actor for the movie, reprising her role for safety and welcome announcements.

Guests will be able to experience the Lantern Festival from 29th March 2026.
