The EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival 2026 continues to evolve throughout its spring run, and one of its most dynamic food locations—Farmers Feast—has officially introduced a fresh new menu as of 6th April.
Located inside CommuniCore Hall, Farmers Feast is known for its rotating seasonal menus, designed to highlight fresh, in-season ingredients. This approach sets it apart from other festival booths, offering guests a changing culinary experience across multiple visits.
A Shift from “Early Bloom” to “Springtime”
From 4th March to early April, the booth featured its “Early Bloom” menu, which focused on lighter, spring-forward flavours. Dishes included grilled asparagus with pancetta and a soft-poached egg, a scallop dish served with spring pea risotto, and a blueberry crumble cake dessert.
As of 6th April, that menu has now been replaced by the new “Springtime” menu, which will be available through 10th May.
What’s New on the Springtime Menu
The updated offerings lean into richer, slightly heartier seasonal ingredients while still maintaining a fresh, garden-inspired identity:
- Heirloom tomatoes with fresh mozzarella, complemented by shallot vinaigrette, pesto, and balsamic pearls
- Grilled beef strip loin served with tomato risotto and basil pesto
- Peach cobbler topped with cinnamon gelato and streusel
These dishes reflect a clear progression in seasonal flavours—from early spring greens to more robust, produce-driven combinations.
Drinks Remain Unchanged
While the food menu has rotated, the beverage lineup stays consistent. Guests can still choose from a mix of cocktails, hard ciders, and specialty drinks, including a raspberry lemonade cider and a hibiscus-based cocktail.
A Limited-Time Experience
Unlike many other festival kitchens, Farmers Feast won’t operate for the full duration of the event. The booth is expected to stop serving after 10th May, likely making way for summer programming at EPCOT.
Why It Matters
The rotating menu concept at Farmers Feast adds a layer of variety to the festival, encouraging repeat visits and giving regular guests something new to try throughout the season. With the 2026 festival running from 4th March to 1st June, this kind of mid-event refresh helps keep the food experience feeling current and aligned with seasonal produce.
