Universal theme parks are leaning hard into their warp pipes this spring, rolling out a limited-time celebration tied to the upcoming The Super Mario Galaxy Movie—and it’s not just a light dusting of theming. This is a full-on, galaxy-brained takeover.

Running from 10th March (MAR10 Day, naturally) through 13th April 2026, both Universal Studios Hollywood and Universal Orlando Resort are transforming their Super Nintendo World lands into a living preview of Mario’s next big-screen adventure.

Yoshi Steps Into the Spotlight

The headline attraction is something fans have been quietly (and not so quietly) waiting for: Yoshi, in the flesh—or at least, theme park approximation of flesh.

For a limited time, guests can meet Yoshi inside Super Nintendo World at both parks. This marks a notable shift, as Yoshi appearances have historically been rare or event-specific.
